Masters of Mixology Collaboration at Andaz Bar

Two master mixologists, Andrew Ho and Shobit Shetty, join forces for a delightful cocktail journey. Andrew, co-founder of Hope & Sesame Guangzhou, ranking No. 14 of Asia’s 50 Best Bars, and Shobit, resident mixologist at Andaz Bar, will craft creative cocktails inspired by Guangzhou and Macau. 

To create their unique concoctions, the talented duo has specially selected “East Imperial Tonic Water “from New Zealand’s North Island, crafted with spring water and all-natural ingredients, it is renowned for its distinctive quinine bitterness and delicate bubbles, perfectly complementing premium spirits. Come and enjoy premium spirits like Kyoto gin KI NO BI and Havana Club Selección de Maestros, offering a journey of layered flavors and surprises.
