This November, savour Japan’s rich culinary scene at SJM’s “Chefs’ Table: A Symphony of Senses”, where chefs from two MICHELIN awarded restaurants will orchestrate a multisensory gastronomic journey for your delight. At Zuicho, Head Chef Yoshinori Kinomoto offers refined kappo cuisine, calling upon his expertise and precision in an elegant display of culinary showmanship right at the table. At KOKE in Japan, Owner-chef Yūsaku Nakamura fuses Japanese techniques and Spanish sensibilities to masterfully reimagine Japan’s culinary traditions through a contemporary lens.
