Back for the fourth spectacular year, MGM and Chef Nic by Nicholas Tse proudly present the “ MGM Chef Nic Gastronomusic Fest 2025”—a dazzling celebration where gastronomy meets music, staged atop the iconic Roof Terrace at MGM COTAI.

Multi-hyphenated artiste Nicholas “Chef Nic” Tse will headline an electrifying weekend alongside a line-up of top Asia pop singers and bands, including Hong Kong talented singer Hacken Lee as special guest; talented singer Hins Cheung and other powerhouse vocalists including Janice Vidal and Kiri T; popular bands Dear Jane and Supper Moment; Asian pop artist Janice Yan; representative of healing singer-songwriter group in the Chinese music scene The Landlord’s Cat and Macau rock band Daze In White as warm-up guest. Together, they will ignite the stage with exhilarating live performances that rock every sense!

Nicholas Tse and his Chef Nic Team will join forces with MGM’s award-winning culinary chefs to curate a gastronomic journey with an array of exclusive delicacies. Guests are invited to indulge in a showcase of creations—crafted by two stellar chef teams—designed to surprise and delight.
