Galaxy Macau will host the return of the Greater Bay Area’s leading festival of gastronomy—Tatler Off Menu—on November 14 and 15, coinciding with the Macau Grand Prix weekend.

For two electrifying days, 11 of the world’s brightest culinary stars—from visionary Michelin-starred chefs to pioneering mixologists—will converge to curate an immersive celebration of innovative flavors, masterful craftsmanship, and vibrant cultural exchange.

Through a trio of tasting menus featuring a total of 11 dishes inspired by the Ocean, Sky, and Land, each master chef will showcase cutting-edge creativity and unparalleled artistry set against the vibrant backdrop of Galaxy Macau—Asia’s leading gastronomic hub in Macau, a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.
