World’s largest Chinese wine awards event based on international standards
is set to take place again, showcasing China’s finest wines
Wynn’s exclusive new lifestyle brand, “Wynn Signature”, is pleased to announce that registration for the Wynn Signature Chinese Wine Awards 2025 is officially open from now through December 31, 2024, applications are welcomed to submit via the “Wynn Signature” WeChat mini-program. Next year’s wine competition is set to bring together China’s leading wineries, evaluate wines of the finest quality, showcase the remarkable achievements of China’s thriving wine industry on a global level, and further advance the development of the Chinese wine sector. Wynn also hopes this international awards event will be a positive boost for the Macao SAR Government’s “1+4” appropriate diversification development strategy, inject new vitality into the long-term development of Macao’s tourism industry and the growth of the Food & Beverage industry, while also building on Macao’s status as a “Creative City of Gastronomy” and “World Center of Tourism and Leisure”.
The inaugural Wynn Signature Chinese Wine Awards – the largest gathering of its kind to evaluate Chinese wines based on international standards – was successfully held from March to April 2024 at Wynn in Macao. The awards featured more than 700 exceptional wines from 200 wineries, evaluated by a panel of 27 esteemed judges, including seven Masters of Wine. Under the supervision of a professional auditing firm, the competition used an internationally recognized scoring system and blind tastings to select 23 award winners that exemplify quality. In mid-April, Wynn revealed the winners of the first-ever Wynn Signature Chinese Wine Awards before an audience of 500 international wine enthusiasts, winemakers, industry experts and media. Highly regarded around the world for its culinary excellence and vast international network, Wynn organized a series of brand events to promote the award-winning Chinese wines on a global level. Following on from the event, Wing Lei at Wynn Las Vegas, the first Chinese restaurant in America to earn a Michelin star, offered to add award-winning Chinese wines to its wine list and pair them with the restaurant’s Chinese cuisine to showcase these high-quality wines on an international level. In May, Wynn partnered with the renowned 67 Pall Mall in Singapore to host its first overseas Chinese wine tasting event for the club’s private members. Then in June, when Wynn Las Vegas staged the World’s 50 Best Restaurant Awards, three Wynn chefs from Macao who garnered Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants awards – Tam Kwok Fung, André Chiang, and Zhang Zhi Cheng — created a once-in-a-lifetime gastronomic experience pairing world-class Chinese cuisine with the finest Chinese wines. The phenomenal dinner surprised and amazed the global culinary industry, leaving an impression to last a lifetime.

Applications for the Wynn Signature Chinese Wine Awards 2025 may be submitted via the official “Wynn Signature” WeChat mini-program on or before December 31, 2024.
