Featuring Bar Leone, ranked first on Asia’s 50 Best Bars, modern Parisian bar CopperBay, and Schofield’s Bar, the champion of UK Top 50 Cocktail Bars
Wynn Palace is thrilled to announce the November and December editions of Wynn Guest Mixologist Series, bringing together four award-winning barkeeps from around the world to Macao for three exclusive guest pop-ups. From November 22 to 23, Bar Leone from Hong Kong and CopperBay from Paris will be showcasing their signature cocktails at Wing Lei Bar and SW Bar respectively, while Schofield’s Bar from Manchester will be taking the stage of Wing Lei Bar with their unique drinks on December 6 and 7. All three guest shifts promise to contribute to unique cocktail experiences that are sure to please all.
Additionally, the four mixologists will host a series of masterclasses to share insights on the diverse, vibrant cocktail culture with local industry experts. Throughout the series, Wynn aims to create a platform to stimulate conversations between mixologists from Macao and around the world, inject fresh new insights into the city’s tourism and gastronomy sectors and strengthen Macao’s reputation as a ‘Creative City of Gastronomy’.

Lorenzo Antinori of Bar Leone (Hong Kong)
Wing Lei Bar is eager to welcome Lorenzo Antinori, the founder of Bar Leone, which recently claimed the second spot on the World’s 50 Best Bars list and was crowned first on the Asia’s 50 Best Bars list within one year of opening. Born in Italy, Lorenzo has worked in several globally renowned bars, notably as the head mixologist at Argo in Hong Kong where he led the team to achieve the third place on Asia’s 50 Best Bars in 2022. Established in 2023, Bar Leone has swiftly garnered prestigious accolades including the title of “Bar of the Year” at the Time Out Hong Kong Best Bar Awards 2024. With a deep respect for Roman bar culture, Lorenzo is excited to bring his passion and creativity to Macao, offering guests a taste of the unique allure of Italian cocktails.

Elfi Fabritius & Julien Lopez of CopperBay (Paris)
Recognized in this year’s 50 Best Discovery list, CopperBay will bring its marine inspired cocktails to Macao for two nights where its two talented mixologists, Elfi Fabritius and Julien Lopez, will present their specially crafted drinks at SW Bar. With extensive experience in mixology, Elfi is also the consultant of the bar. On the other hand, Julien is acclaimed as one of France’s top 50 mixologists, renowned for his skills in crafting creative beverages using homemade ingredients. Besides, Executive Chef Helder Sequeira Amaral of the Forbes Five-Star SW Steakhouse at Wynn Palace will specially design a bar snacks menu for the pop-up. The guests can completely enjoy a night of French seaside holiday with good food and cocktails.

Joe Schofield of Schofield’s Bar (Manchester)
Joe Schofield is the co-founder and head mixologist of Schofield’s Bar in Manchester, which earned the first spot on this year’s UK Top 50 Cocktail Bars. During his time in Macao, he will showcase a series of classic cocktails infused with his personal touch at Wing Lei Bar. Joe also holds the distinction of being the first mixologist to be named “Bartender of the Year” at the Tales of The Cocktail Spirited Awards and to receive the prestigious “Bartenders’ Bartender” award from World’s Best 50 Bars.
