As part of the “Wynn Signature Chinese Wine Awards” annual program, the event promotes outstanding Chinese wines on a global stage
Wynn is dedicated to bring together China’s leading wineries, facilitating their development of quality wines in the region. As part of its “Wynn Signature Chinese Wine Awards” annual program, Wynn will collaborate with the Ningxia International Wine Trade Expo Center to bring 25 top vineyards and wineries from Ningxia to Macao. “The Prestigious Perfection of Ningxia Wine” event will be held from October 25 to 26 at Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace, showcasing Macao’s edges as a “Creative City of Gastronomy” to promote the finest Chinese wines and present them on a global stage.
The series of fruitful events includes a wine masterclass hosted by David Xing MW, Ningxia wine walkaround tasting and a gala dinner featuring the best Ningxia cuisine and wine curated by National Certified “China Master Chef” Yun Peng Yu. Notable wineries, including Chateau Copower Jade, Xige Estate, Xiban Winery, United Winery, Domaine Freemind, Chateau Lansai, Jade Vineyard, Legacy Peak Estate, Chateau Soleil du Mont, Giantmonte Winery, Lige Yuanshan, Chateau Hedong, Chateau Mihope, Yunling Winery, Helan Hong Winery, Helan Qingxue Vineyard, Kanaan Winery, Yuanshi Vineyard, Domaine Pu Shang, Xiaopu, Domaine Chandon Ningxia, Silver Heights, Mulando, Chateau New Qin Heyu and Penord Ricard Helan Mountain, are invited to participate in the event, showcasing over 100 outstanding wines that include Wynn Signature Chinese Wine Awards winners. This is a vivid testimony to the flourishing Chinese wine industry.
Wynn Signature: The Prestigious Perfection of Ningxia Wine Masterclass By David Xing MW
David Xing MW has become China’s next generation and Asia’s youngest Master of Wines in 2024. As one of China’s top wine educators, he was mentored by two prestigious Masters of Wines, Fongyee Walker and Edward Ragg. Dedicated to promoting and educating wine culture, he actively participates in international wine competitions as a judge, shares his expertise on online platforms, and provides wine masterclass training to wine enthusiasts and professionals. In this upcoming masterclass, David Xing MW will lead participants in exploring and discussing emerging trends in Ningxia wines and showcase the region’s potential for wine development.

Gala Dinner
Renowned Chinese culinary master Yun Peng Yu will curate “The Prestigious Perfection of Ningxia Wine” Gala Dinner at Wynn Palace. As a national first-class judge in the industry of Chinese cuisine, Chef Yun has extensive experience in hosting national leaders and foreign dignitaries. At the gala dinner, he will present guests with an array of dishes highlighting the distinctive flavors of Ningxia, each paired with a high-quality wine to showcase the irresistible charm of the region’s wines and cuisine.
